Rayan Goyal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aruna Warehousing, where he leads the company’s strategy, development, financial planning, and leasing. A Babson College graduate with a perfect 4.0 GPA, Rayan combines financial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and execute new opportunities in industrial real estate. He founded Aruna Warehousing to bring institutional quality and long-term thinking to India’s growing industrial ecosystem. Under his leadership, the company has completed and leased its first project at Mambakkam and is now developing an industrial park at Oragadam. Beyond warehousing, Rayan manages a family office with diversified interests in agritech, renewable energy, and financial investments, reflecting his broader vision to back sustainable, high-impact businesses built on strong fundamentals and long-term growth.

The company has over 200,000 sq. ft. of completed and ongoing developments. It is promoted by the families behind Richa Group and Adyar Gate Hotels Limited, combining decades of experience in manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate to deliver reliable, well-executed industrial spaces.
