Biography
Ranganath Char heads the Real Estate sector coverage for JM Financial. He has over three decades of rich experience having been closely associated with every major evolution of the capital markets in India, such as the book-building process and the take-over regulations before taking over the Real Estate Advisory team at JM Financial. He has extensive experience in real estate and has led multiple capital market fund raises and M&A across residential, commercial, REITs, retails and hospitality. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters Degree in Economics and Management.
