Ramani Sastri is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Sterling Developers, a leading real estate firm in Bengaluru, India, established in 1983. With a management degree and over 45 years in construction, Sastri offers strategic leadership. He is a respected figure in the industry, having co-founded and served as past president of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and the Karnataka Ownership Apartments Promoters Association (KOAPA). Under his leadership, Sterling Developers has made a significant impact on Bengaluru's skyline with numerous landmark projects. Sastri also chairs the Canadian International School in Bangalore, showcasing his diverse influence. His innovations, such as introducing copper plumbing and using fly ash in concrete, have earned recognition from the American Concrete Institute.
