Rajat Goyal
Biography
Rajat Goyal is a Principal Investment Officer at SBI Ventures, primarily with the SWAMIH Fund. He brings two decades of experience spanning private equity, strategy consulting, and commercial banking, with a strong focus on the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. Before joining SBI Ventures, Mr. Goyal held significant positions at various real estate and infrastructure-focused funds, including L&T Infra Private Equity, IL&FS Investment Manager, Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisor, and LOGOS India. He has led investments, managed an AUM of US$150 million, and spearheaded the acquisition of a $250 million commercial asset. Rajat is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and an MBA.
