Prashanth is a senior investment banking professional with more than 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisition, Investment Management, Transaction origination, and structuring, Financial Modeling and Analysis, commercial due diligence, Corporate Finance, and Underwriting. Prashanth is currently Co-Founder and Partner at Upwisery Capital, Established in 2014, Upwisery is a multi-disciplinary professional advisory and financial services firm. Upwisery provides bespoke solutions in Investment Banking, Private wealth, and M&A Tax & Regulatory to mid-market enterprises, family offices, and Ultra HNIs. Prior to Upwisery, Prashanth held senior management position including board level positions in 11 entities of an NYSE listed REIT – Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc., USA. Prashanth started his career with Ernst & Young in the Assurance services and then moved to Transaction Advisory services (Mergers and Acquisition)
