Biography

Pankaj Bajaj is the Managing Director of Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. and also serves as Managing Director and Chairman of Eldeco Housing And Industries Ltd.. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce and IIM Ahmedabad, he joined the Eldeco Group in 1996 and founded Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties in 2000. With over two decades of experience in real estate, he has spearheaded the successful completion of over 200 projects, transforming Eldeco into a leading name in North Indian real estate, with significant expansion in the Delhi NCR. Mr. Bajaj also honorably served as President of CREDAI NCR.
