Biography

Nikhil Dosi is the Co-Founder of Grexter, an Indian company providing managed co-living spaces. Co-founding Grexter in 2016, Dosi has been instrumental in the company's growth, which offers fully furnished urban studio rooms with all-inclusive amenities, primarily targeting young professionals and students in India. He is a Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Madras and previously worked at Reliance. At Grexter, Nikhil leads operations, vendor partnerships, and tech platform scaling, focusing on seamless move-in experiences and standardized co-living services. Grexter successfully raised $1.6M in funding and was acquired by Aurum PropTech in 2022.

Grexter, founded in 2016 by Shashank Shekhar, Pratul Gupta, and Nikhil Dosi, is an Indian co-living space provider in Bengaluru. It offers affordable, managed accommodations with amenities such as Wi-Fi and gaming zones, targeting students and professionals. With over 21 locations, it employs an operator model and emphasizes cultural activities. Grexter was acquired by Aurum PropTech in February 2022, following its acquisition of i2Stay Co-living in 2019.
