Najeeb Zackeria

Dr. Najeeb Zackeria serves as the Managing Director of Abad Builders, a prominent real estate developer in Kerala, India. He also holds the position of Executive Director at Abad Hotels & Resorts. Since 2001, Dr. Zackeria has been integral to the real estate, hospitality, retail, and property management sectors of the ABAD Group. Under his leadership, Abad Builders pioneered Kerala's first mall concept with Baypride Mall in 2005 and became the first CRISIL-rated builder in Kerala in 2006. He emphasizes timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction, overseeing the successful completion of over 40 projects spanning more than 4 million sq ft. Dr. Zackeria is also the President of the CREDAI Clean City Movement.
