Mohit Arora is the CEO of Homekraft-ATS, the mid-income housing arm of the ATS Group, a prominent name in Indian real estate. Under his leadership, Homekraft-ATS has distinguished itself by making aspirational housing accessible and delivering projects ahead of schedule. Arora is known for his strategic focus on micro-markets with developing infrastructure and for embracing technology, including AI and data analytics, to understand market trends and enhance customer experience. His contributions include securing the "Best Upcoming Affordable MIG Housing Project" award in 2022 for the Nobility project. He continues to drive the company's expansion with a significant pipeline of new developments.
