Biography
With 15 years of experience spanning Indian and U.S. real estate, I’ve navigated the industry as an architect, management consultant (Bain & Co.), and real estate private equity professional (Xander Group). My academic journey—from architecture at Sir JJCOA to an MBA at IIM Calcutta and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from UC Berkeley—has shaped my approach to integrating AI-driven solutions into real estate feasibility. As a 2023 ULI Hines Americas Competition Finalist, I explored ‘Adaptive Real Estate’ to mitigate market cycle risks and address U.S. housing challenges. My research is currently under review by Redwood City’s planning department, contributing to the evolution of development regulations. Today, I lead Archonet’s vision to empower real estate professionals with intelligent, data-driven decision-making tools.
