Lokesh is a qualified CA (ICAI, Mumbai) and a highly accomplished & strategic Finance Professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of Infrastructure and Real Estate Corporate Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Fund raising/Investor relations, Business Planning, Capital Structuring, Budget Forecasting, Portfolio Asset Management, Process digitalisation and optimisation, Corporate Governance, Auditing, Legal & Compliances. He has worked with leading brands incl. Everstone – IndoSpace (PE Fund, Industrial Infrastructure), K Raheja Group (RE), Omkar Group (SRA, RE, Infrastructure), Piramal Capital (Financial Services) and currently with Hiranandani Nidar Group – Infrastructure (Industrial & Logistics) as CFO since 2019.
