Biography
Since 2014, my Real Estate Finance career has been built on a unique dual-track experience. During my early tenure with Mumbai based developers Sugee Group and UK Realty, I was into large ticket institutional and private fundraising. I also had other on-ground practical experiences like managing High Court proceedings and government liaison Transitioning to lending in 2020, I managed a ₹3,500 Cr debt portfolio at HDFC Ltd (Special Situations) also I was with a Private Equity firm called Alpha Alternatives where we launched an ₹850 Cr Cat II AIF. Currently, as AVP at Infina Finance (Kotak Group), I leverage this 360-degree perspective to lead originations for ₹50–250 Cr deals across the MMR
