Steers the Commercial Real Estate financing (debt) business for Citibank in India. Has over 15 years of real estate financing (debt & equity) experience in India and dealt with financing opportunities across asset classes viz. office, retail, hotel, residential and other income producing assets as well as allied sectors. Dealt in over $5bn worth of financing opportunities including plain vanilla rental discounting to structured solutions to cross border financing solutions. Past experience of working with Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and IL&FS.
