Biography
He is a seasoned investment and P&L leader with 15 yrs of multi-city real estate experience. With a robust educational foundation and a wide range of professional encounters, he has consistently delivered remarkable results across P&L, People Management, & Business Development. Harshwardhan started his career at Godrej Properties and after serving the organization at leadership positions in BD & P&L, he moved to DLF as Product Management head for it’s super luxury DLF5 vertical. Subsequently, he has served reputed organizations like Smartworld and Tribeca (markers of Trump Towers in India) at CxO positions, and now, for NeoLiv, he is leading the NCR region as NCR CEO. He is an E&C Engineer from Manipal and has an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.
