Biography
Hardik is also the Group Vice President at Leeu Collection and Managing Director of Leeu Italy,part of Max Ventures India,the private family office of Mr.Analjit Singh.He leads global business development and expansion across the group’s boutique hotels in Italy,South Africa,and the UK, as well as five restaurants and a microbrewery with investments exceeding USD 100 million.Formerly,he drove profitability across three hotels and five restaurants in Franschhoek,leading a 275-member team.Since joining in 2015,he has spearheaded over 10 development projects and forged strategic partnerships with acclaimed brands such as Alajmo,Riga Foods,La Colombe,Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines,Everard Read Gallery,strengthening global brand experience.
