Getambar Anand
Biography
Getambar Anand is the esteemed Chairman & Managing Director of ATS Infrastructure Limited, an Indian real estate firm he founded in 1998. A first-generation entrepreneur with a technology degree from Punjab Engineering College, he has spearheaded ATS to become a leading name in the sector, recognized for transparency and high standards over two decades. Mr. Anand served as President (2015-17) and Chairman (until 2019) of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), representing over 11,500 developers. He currently co-chairs the 'Real Estate Sectoral Committee' at FICCI and is a pioneer in green-certified projects. His visionary leadership has driven significant growth and numerous successful developments across India.
