Associated with the company since 2005, Gautam has over a decade’s experience in India. During his journey in the Indian real estate sector, Gautam has achieved tremendous feats in the fields of Transaction Management with Investors, Occupiers & Developers. He has assisted in deployment of institutional capital in income generating assets and is also recognized as an expert of turn-key projects (real estate) by entrepreneurs across numerous sectors.
