Gaurav Sharma
Biography
Gaurav has over 11 years’ of experience in RE Equity & Debt Markets. In SAMHI, he heads Investment function & is responsible for acquisition of new hotels, debt syndication and selection of brand/operator for the owned hotels. Prior to joining SAMHI he was working with JLL, and was heading the North India Capital Market for them. Gaurav also has strong experience in large capital raise, capital & joint ventures structuring, joint developments and entity level & project level divestments. He also has the advising all four privately operated airports, in Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai, for their real estate portfolio and divestment strategy. In past Gaurav has raised more than a 1.5 billion dollars in equity and debt for his clients.
