In his pivotal role, he oversees the group's diversified portfolio, which spans residential, commercial, hospitality, and education sectors. Mr. Bhalla was instrumental in securing a significant Rs 610 crore investment from Goldman Sachs in 2020, which facilitated accelerated project development and strategic financial management. Under his leadership, Vatika Group has successfully delivered over 42.3 million sq ft of developed space.
