Diya Gera is the Chief Customer Experience and Risk Officer at Gera Developments, bringing a fresh perspective as a fourth-generation leader. She focuses on enhancing customer-centricity by leveraging technology, including a proprietary digital construction platform, an AI-powered SOP tool, and a redesigned Gera World app. Gera holds an MS in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Engineer's Degree from the University of Warwick.
