Dheeraj Agarwal serves as the Managing Director – Investments at IndoSpace Capital, a pioneering developer of industrial and logistics real estate in India. He possesses over 21 years of professional experience, with more than 15 years dedicated to real estate investment and private equity across India. Agarwal has successfully managed over $1.5 billion in investments across various real estate projects. Prior to joining IndoSpace, he spent over eight years with the Everstone Group, where he served as Executive Director of Everstone Capital Advisors, focusing on investment identification, financial closure, and project exits. Dheeraj Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, demonstrating strong leadership and financial acumen.
