Daniel is a real estate professional with 11+ years of experience and over $7 billion in executed transactions across various capital stack positions, jurisdictions, and asset classes. He specializes in real estate capital markets, with expertise in investment processes, underwriting, structuring and risk management.

Currently Executive Director at Sugee Group, Daniel leads real estate investment and development for the Middle East. He has previously held senior roles at Alliance Bernstein and Deutsche Bank, focusing on European commercial real estate. Daniel is known for his strategic approach and deep understanding of institutional investor needs.
