Chintan possesses a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor's in computer engineering from Mumbai University, and a Master’s degree from Columbia University specializing in analytics and machine learning. Over the past 14 years, he has served as the Joint Managing Director of Sheth Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Sheth Group), where he has overseen the delivery of keys to over 1800 homes and driven sales of total inventory worth over Rs. 3320 crores. In 2022, he established SHETH REALTY, a technology-driven, customer-centric real estate company committed to transparency and ethical corporate governance. He is actively involved in implementing cutting-edge solutions such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to elevate the real estate industry.
