Binitha Dalal

Binitha joined the business in 2008, and has since then been an integral part of the Finance Mgmt and Fund Raising for the Rustomjee Group. Prior to that she gained experience from Godrej Properties and TCS. She was initially part of operations within the group and gained all her knowledge from Mr. Chandresh Mehta (Promoter Director Rustomjee). However her flair for finance brought her into fund raising and in the short span of 7 years she has raised more than INR 7500cr for the group through debt and equity instrument. As a group we don’t work with any investment bankers or financial intermediaries thus all financial activities are directly overseen by her. She is also in-charge of the group insurance portfolios.
