Biography
Bhavishya: MS in Real Estate from NYU, has 15+ years rich experience in RE across land acquisition, local legalities and JVs. The daily operations are run by a team of professionals having grass root level approach in Real Estate. All our projects are undertaken by renowned developers in capacity of Development Managers DM /Sweat Equity Partners, wherein financial control is vested with Sensation Group exclusively. Sensation is always enthusiastic of adapting new technologies & systems for improving all spheres of Real Estate development under it’s umbrella. It uses latest building technologies like Liv-Bim for excellent quality and controlled costs into it’s projects. We also prefer using Green Solar energy solutions wherever possible.
