Mr. Balbir Singh is a senior real estate professional with over 30 years of experience across real estate, telecom, and electronics. As Executive Director - Industrial Capital Markets at Knight Frank India, he leads investments and land transactions across Industrial, Warehousing, and other asset classes nationwide.

With 13+ years at Knight Frank, he has successfully led national business verticals and closed several high-value deals. Prior to real estate, he held leadership roles at Etisalat, Reliance Communications, and Panasonic India, driving large-scale sales and distribution operations.
