Avnish Sharma is a Partner in the Real Estate practice group at Khaitan & Co in New Delhi. Specializing in real estate law, he advises major Indian and international companies and the Government of India on critical policy issues. He contributed to drafting legislation under the Real Estate Act, 2016, and possesses extensive experience in foreign investment, structuring, and development transactions.
