Atul Chordia is the Chairman and Founder of Panchshil Realty, a leading luxury real estate brand in India. A commerce graduate, he established the company in 2002, profoundly impacting Pune's skyline with landmark residential, commercial, and hospitality developments. Under his leadership, Panchshil has delivered over 31.7 million sq. ft. of premium spaces, including projects like EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre Pune. Chordia also founded Ventive Hospitality, a division managing luxury hotels, which successfully listed publicly in December 2024. He is recognized for his strategic vision and innovation in the real estate sector.
