Biography
Mr. Atul Banshal is an industry veteran with the enriching experience of over two decades. For the last 14 years, he has been the Head of the Finance Department at various Real Estate Groups. In his current role at Omaxe Ltd., he is heading the Finance Department as Director of Finance. Before this, he was with Experion Developers Private Limited as Chief Financial Officer. He is also head of the Real Estate CFO Group. He has Rich experience in Real Estate, Derivatives, International Structures, M&A, Raising Equity and Debt, and has worked extensively with all major Financial institutions and Banks.

The journey of Omaxe began in 1987, when first-generation entrepreneur Mr. Rohtaas Goel laid the foundation for a construction and contracting business. In 2001, Omaxe entered the real estate sector with its first project by building executive floors in Gurugram.
