Arvind Subramanian
Biography
Arvind Subramanian is the Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Developers. He joined the Mahindra Group in September 2018 as CEO of Mahindra Happinest, its affordable housing business, where he was instrumental in establishing it as an innovator and leader, driving successful sales launches and project completions. Appointed MD & CEO in July 2020, he led Mahindra Lifespace Developers to significant growth, including a three-fold increase in sales and a turnaround in profitability. With over 23 years of experience, Subramanian began his career with the Tata Administrative Service and spent nearly fifteen years as a Partner & Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, leading initiatives like the 'Next Billion Consumers'. He is an advocate for digital transformation within the real estate sector. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
