Biography
Arshad is currently working as an executive director (President: Acquisitions) at DB Realty, where he's responsible for new acquisitions, business development, IR and capital formation. Before joining DB, Arshad worked as a Senior Associate at TMG Partners, supporting the development and asset management teams with financial and property analysis, as well as due diligence of new acquisitions and business strategies. Arshad holds a B.A (Hons) in Land Economy (Law, Economics and Environment) from the University of Cambridge with First Class Honours, a Master's Degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and an MBA from Columbia Business School
