Biography
Abhilash Pasupuleti serves as the Executive Director and Head of Asset Management at IndoSpace, India's largest industrial and logistics real estate investor, developer, and manager. He brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, encompassing fund raising, investments, asset management, and investor relations. In his current role, Abhilash oversees the performance of three development funds and a Core vehicle with total investments exceeding USD 3 billion. He is responsible for driving portfolio strategy, operations, property valuations, and optimizing asset performance. Pasupuleti's background also includes tenures at JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, and Citi Markets. He holds a Master's in Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor's in Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
