Abdul Kader Suriya serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at SBI Ventures Limited, where he is instrumental in overseeing investments and asset management for the SWAMIH Investment Fund I. With nearly two decades of rich experience in real estate alternative investments, strategic advisory, and investment banking, he has significantly contributed to the sector. Under his leadership, the SWAMIH fund has completed over 54,000 stalled homes and has 30,000+ under construction across India, impacting over 480,000 lives. His professional background includes notable tenures at Morgan Stanley, ICICI Venture, and Brookfield.
