Hayley Rees
Biography
Hayley Rees is the Managing Director of PIC Capital at Pension Insurance Corporation plc, having previously served as Head of Investment Strategy for the company since November 2019. Her distinguished career includes leadership roles as Head of Direct Investments at Legal & General Retirement and various senior positions at Barclays, notably as Head of Specialist Finance and Director Head of Infrastructure and Structured Project Finance. Hayley is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance. She is also a Board Member at WiRL (Women in Retirement Living) and is recognized for her contributions to understanding social value created through long-term investments in urban regeneration projects.
