Biography

Gwenaëlle Pouy is a French real estate and hospitality development executive, currently Chief Development & Asset-Management Officer for Western Europe at B&B HOTELS France, a role she took on in mid-2026 as part of the company's Western Europe Executive Committee. Her career has combined finance and real estate: after early roles at Mazars and Honotel, she was a Project Manager at B&B HOTELS France (2011–2015), then Head of Development Hotels at Foncière des Régions/Covivio, Investment Director at ICAMAP, and, from 2022 to mid-2026, Chief Development Officer & Head of Real Estate at easyHotel, where she led site acquisition and expansion across Europe. She holds degrees from Université Paris Cité, NEOMA Business School, and an Executive Master in Real Estate Finance from Paris-Dauphine, and is a regular presence at events like MIPIM, Expo Real, and IHIF.
