Gonzalo Navarro
Biography
Madrid-based | 10+ years in real estate investment Navarro started his career in New York before moving to Spain, where he held senior roles at CBRE (Capital Markets) and Generali Real Estate, where he led the investment division for Spain and Portugal. He also holds a Young Civic Leaders Programme certificate from Harvard Kennedy School (2017–2018). He joined Urbanitae to lead its newly created Transactions Division, focused on tertiary assets — offices, retail, hospitality, logistics, and student housing. The division was created as Urbanitae moves beyond its residential roots to diversify into commercial real estate. His mandate includes overseeing asset rotation once portfolios are stabilized, optimizing exit timing.
