Biography
Rajat Malik serves as the lead for real estate and hospitality investments at the International Finance Corporation's (World Bank Group), the world's largest development finance institute focused on private sector investments. The role focuses on supporting large institutional investors and developers for their emerging markets investments through debt, co-investment, risk-mitigation and advisory products. Rajat is a seasoned professional with experience in real estate investments, development and portfolio management across residential, hospitality, office, retail and infrastructure projects in 25+ countries, and has successfully led projects of over $ 5 Billion across Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and South Asia.
