David Neuhoff is the Chief Financial Officer and a shareholder of PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties. He brings extensive experience as a real estate investor and transactional lawyer, with a focus on real estate, corporate law, and M&A. He founded and led LINUS, an investment platform specializing in private real estate loans. Prior to that, he spent several years at the international law firm BCLP, formerly Berwin Leighton Paisner. He studied law at the University of Bonn (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität) and is a fully qualified lawyer.
