Biography
Gaudenzio has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity investment, restructuring, investment banking and corporate finance. He is at Pillarstone Europe a KKR platform investing in distressed corporates and assets backed financing, providing capital and turnaround expertise. Focusing on management of distressed assets portfolio across Europe through JV with banks. Previously he was Head of the Global Restructuring Group in Italy and Middle East at RBS, where he was responsible for a portfolio of assets under management in excess of Euro 4bn in different geographies managed by two teams one in Milan and one in Dubai.
