Faustino Musicco
Biography
Faustino Musicco joined Colliers in 2020 and, since June 2026, serves as Head of Capital Markets for Colliers Italy. He also continues in his role as Co-Head of the Industrial & Logistics Practice Group for EMEA Leasing, driving cross-border collaboration and growth for strategic clients across the region. With over 15 years of experience in logistics, investment and leasing, Faustino has built a strong track record in advising leading national and international clients on complex real estate strategies and transactions. Before joining Colliers, he spent seven years at JLL Italy, where he led the Logistics Agency Team and served on the Business Committee. Under his leadership, the Colliers Industrial & Logistics team advised on investment transactions exceeding €1 billion and completed over 1,000,000 sqm of leasing activity across Italy.
