Yves Sand

Yves F. Sand serves as Vice President - European Acquisitions at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. He joined the firm in 2016, focusing on sourcing, analyzing, and closing real estate acquisitions and joint venture development opportunities across Europe. His expertise includes specialty residential real estate. Prior to Harrison Street, Mr. Sand was an Associate at AIG Global Real Estate, where he developed the European alternative sectors investment platform by acquiring student housing and multifamily assets in the UK. He also worked as a Credit Analyst for Commercial Real Estate on a pan-European basis at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Sand holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance (Diplom-Kaufmann) and is proficient in multiple languages.
