Biography

Yann Bloch is the Managing Director, Commercial Real Estate and International at EMERIGE, a leading French real estate developer. An Engineer (ETP – Paris) by education, he joined EMERIGE in 2012, bringing a wealth of experience from over 17 years in real estate development and 5 years in construction, including previous tenures at Bouygues Construction and Bouygues Immobilier. At EMERIGE, Mr. Bloch is instrumental in shaping innovative and sustainable commercial real estate projects. He is deeply involved in major urban rehabilitation initiatives, such as the "Morland Mixité Capitale" project, focusing on creating dynamic, mixed-use environments and anticipating future trends in office real estate and international development.
