Biography
Xavier Masse is the Head of Real Estate Transactions / Finance at Groupe Casino, a role he has held since 2017. He is responsible for the origination and execution of real estate deals for the entire Group, including its subsidiary Mercialys, focusing on M&A, deal structuring, and financial modeling. With over 15 years of experience in finance and transactions, Masse previously served as CFO at Groupe Duval - Patrimoine & Commerce and as a Manager in Transaction Services at PwC, specializing in financial and operational due diligence. His career also includes experience in finance at L'Oréal.
