Biography
Global Real Estate leader for more than 25 years, Xavier has a solid international experience in Real Estate and Construction matters, on most of the asset types. He is an executive specialized in footprint optimization, workplace strategy, major projects delivery, climate impact investment. Xavier is convinced that generalized hybridization is a fantastic opportunity to generate intergenerational solidarity and sustainable developments for all kinds of organization, and that there is an urgent need to further improve buildings' energy performance, while changing the way they are used and making progress on global recycling. In that purpose, CRE strategy must reflect the ambition of the organization and bring an increased drive on it.
