Biography
Xavier de Saqui de Sannes is the Managing Director, Head of Asset Management France at AEW Europe, a position he commenced in February 2020. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate asset management to this role. At AEW, he leads a team of 70, overseeing the development and execution of business plans for institutional clients' portfolios across France. His expertise encompasses asset management, development, renovation, leasing, disposals, sustainable development, and asset valuation. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. de Saqui de Sannes held significant positions at Invesco Real Estate as Asset Management Director and at DTZ Asset Management immobilier as Senior Asset Manager. He also served as a Managing Consultant at CapGemini Conseil. He holds an MBA from HEC and is a graduate of ISG.
