Biography

Witold is running Syrena since 2017, as an integrated investment manager with focus on Warsaw and polish regional cities. Syrena specializes in value add projects, with foreging capital partners, in all commercial real estate sectors, with special focus on PRS and office. Prior to founding Syrena Witold was, for almost 10 years, a Vice President and Management Board Member of Warsaw exchange listed GTC. Witold was directly involved in dozens of projects in Poland and CEE with a total NLA of over 1 million sqm with a GAV of over EUR 2 billion.
