Biography
Based in Prague, William is the Managing Director of Flow East Real Estate, having joined them in 2005 from Gardiner & Theobald. William is an experienced asset and development manager, having overseen the growth of Flow East and delivery of over 300,000 sqm of development projects whilst working in the UK, Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine, he currently manages the extensive and mixed use Flow East portfolio of 500+ tenants across the CEE region. William is the current Chairman of the Board of the RICS in the Czech Republic, and is a part-time lecturer on the University of Economics MBA in Real Estate.

Flow East
Flow East a property development company and a private investor that operates in CZ since 1990. The group owns a portfolio of prime commercial and residential properties, deluxe hotels, a company collecting non-performing debts in a JV with Goldman Sachs.
