Will Aylmer

Will Aylmer is a Partner and co-founder of Castlehaven Finance, a prominent alternative finance lender in Ireland. With over a decade of experience in the property sector across the UK and Ireland, Will is instrumental in the firm's strategy, operations, loan structuring, and execution. He co-founded Castlehaven Finance in 2014, a company that has since advanced over €785 million in property development and bridging finance, contributing to the creation of over 3,500 new Irish homes. His extensive career includes significant experience in real estate financial advisory, notably with Miriad, where he helped structure substantial debt and equity for projects. Will holds a BSc in Auctioneering.
