Biography
Veronica Baldi is a Director in Marathon's Real Estate Group based in London. Ms. Baldi is involved in the origination, structuring and execution of real estate equity and debt transactions across major European jurisdictions (incl. the UK) and all sectors (hospitality, living, commercial and industrial/logistics). Prior to joining Marathon, Ms. Baldi worked at Moor Park Capital Partners where she focused on real estate transactions across the UK, Benelux and Nordics regions. Ms. Baldi began her career in 2011 as an analyst at LaSalle Investment Management in London. Ms. Baldi speaks fluent English, Italian, French and conversant Spanish.
