Biography

Ulrich Kastner is a Founding and Managing Partner at Lenwood Capital GmbH, an alternative investment manager specializing in real estate debt. Co-founding the firm in May 2017, he plays a key role in providing bespoke financing solutions for real estate across Germany and European markets, including mezzanine and whole loans. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance sector, Ulrich previously founded the real estate private equity fund Elystan Capital and held positions in investment banking, including as a member of Lehman Brothers' fixed income division. His expertise contributes to Lenwood Capital's focus on high-quality assets and projects.
